Basic Info BioHmmm...what to say.
I was born and raised in "the Soo", an experience that isn't for the weak-hearted but continues to have an influence in defining who I am. I'm in my early thirties -- a destination that terrified me when I was in my late twenties, but has since grown on me. I like who I am and I look forward to who I'm becoming. I'm also realizing that the more I learn, paradoxically the less I really know.
I've undergone a lot of growth and change in the last two years. I'm also trying to be smarter, not harder - but that's a battle unto itself.
That being said, I'm still trying to a) figure out what I want to be when I grow up, and b) trying to reconcile myself to the fact nobody asks to check my ID anymore.
In the meantime I have a decent job, a very nice husband that most of my friends and colleagues refer to as "that poor guy" and two cats that owns me and occasionally let me sleep past 6:00am.
Oh...and hockey is life. Period.
